![]() ![]() base game (Is very limited) but endless Selection of Workshop mods with Mods you have a endless selection Kinda of Like Gmod. With the paid version you get the workshop, (Which is Literally what makes this game as of right now) you have the base game maps and weapons. SteelRaven7 who reponded in this Thread is the Only Dev to this game. build 25 is free on the microsoft store LOL ps only thing thats not free is Steams multiplayer mod. ah, ok so just because its on steam I have to pay for it? sounds GREEDY as hell, considering the maker (and copy-write holder) has the say. There's maybe more pros I don't know of, but maybe someone else could chime in. Plus, purchasing Ravenfield here grant you access to the Steam Workshop, which has hundreds of community-made mods to help you expand the game, in case the base game alone is not enough. SteelRaven bought Ravenfield onto Steam himself, and he still works on the game to this day, as far as I know. You can download the Ravenfield Beta here for free.Originally posted by ه҈҉҉҉҉҉҉҉҉҉҉҉҉҉҉:Are you talking about the Beta 5 edition? If so, that version was for when the game was in its early stages. It would be great if this game was multiplayer and you could play against real people like a team death match but that’s not to say that it isn’t very enjoyable in the available single player mode. Ravenfield can be a bit rough around the edges but for a free game it really does embody the spirit of classic FPS games and it really is a lot of fun supposedly you can also drive jeeps and pilot helicopters although I could not work out how to do this but it was still a lot of fun shooting the enemies and having some kamikaze runs. The game is by no means easy, you can choose between a few different weapons, and AK-47 and heavy duty shotgun and a sniper rifle and all the weapons are a lot of fun although the sniper rifle seems to be the most sensible as you can keep a safe distance from the enemies and fire at them from cover although it’s not as much fun as going gung-ho with the heavy duty shotgun but this will almost certainly lead to a quick demise. Ravenfield is a single player first person shooter similar in style to Battlefield, this is the Beta version so it does have some bugs and the people are kind of low resolution faceless blue or red kind of Lego looking figures however the background actually looks astounding and incredibly realistic. ![]()
